We all believe in something in our lives. What is the essence of the Christian faith and what practical difference can it make for us?

02. session September 16

Bible: Can it even be trusted?

The Bible is full of stories of people who discovered depth in their lives. But are their stories even credible?

03. session September 23

Bible: How to read it?

How do you read the Bible so that ancient stories become something current and personal?

04. session September 30

Jesus of Nazareth

Who was Jesus, and do we even know if he existed?

05. session October 7

The Gospel: The Best News!

What was Jesus' mission about? How does it connect to ancient biblical stories, and where does it connect with us? The best news you'll ever hear is waiting for you!

Dinner together or movie night 🍿

And if you want, we can keep going together on more practical topics in the follow-up course Walk the Way. How to pray? How to meet God and feel his presence? At the very end, it's also possible to decide on baptism, completely voluntarily.

Who will lead the course?

Discover faith with someone who had to find it himself

Pavel Eder knows exactly what it's like to seek meaning, to feel the emptiness of a consumerist world, and to have a lot of questions that are hard to find answers to.

Pavel wasn't raised in a religious family, though. Faith wasn't a given for him, but a path he had to walk on his own. He studied theology at Charles University and keeps deepening his knowledge through his doctoral studies. Together with friends and his wife, he founded the open Prague SafePoint community as a pastor of the Adventist church — a community that can be a safe place for you too.
